The Ancestors: Honoring & Working with Ancestral Spirits

Many believe that between October 31st and November 2nd the veil between the human world and the spirit world are the thinnest. This is a powerful time to honor our ancestors, as many in Mexico do during this time for the festival of Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead. In this workshop we will discover how to begin to communicate & connect to your Ancestors. We will be learning who the Ancestors are, how to create an altar to our Ancestors, how to leave them offerings, and how working with our Ancestors can help us to heal family related issues. 6:30-9pm $40 This event will be on zoom, please call us at 708-808-6333 to register and receive your link!

During Soul Support a member of the Elevated Arts community will choose a topic, theme, quote, or focus that they will present and open the circle for everyone to share and connect with. We will conclude with a meditation, ceremony, activity, or exercise to connect deeper to the topic. Soul Support is NOT group therapy. We are not here to fix each other's problems, but rather to listen from the heart, hold space with love and build sincere community. Our ceremony will celebrate the returning light, invoke the energy of Brigid, and embrace the transition from winter's quiet rest to the vibrant energy of seasons ahead. Following the sacred ritual, we'll gather for a cozy potluck feast!
