Soul Support is a monthly community led gathering of like-minded individuals who are looking for community and connection. During Soul Support a member of the Elevated Arts community will choose a topic, theme, quote, or focus that they will present and open the circle for everyone to share and connect with. We will conclude with a meditation, ceremony, activity, or exercise to connect deeper to the topic. Soul Support is NOT group therapy.
