We will conclude with a meditation, ceremony, activity, or exercise to connect deeper to the topic. Soul Support is NOT group therapy. Imbolc, a time to honor the midpoint between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, marks the arrival of new beginnings, renewal, and the first stirrings of spring. Our ceremony will celebrate the returning light, invoke the energy of Brigid, and embrace the transition from winter's quiet rest to the vibrant energy of seasons ahead. Following the sacred ritual, we'll gather for a cozy potluck feast! Bring a dish that represents the season, whether it's warming comfort food or something light and fresh to reflect the upcoming spring. This is a time for community connection, shared stories, and nurturing of both body and spirit. Come with an open heart, ready to celebrate the changing of the seasons and share in the warmth of good food and fellowship. Introduction to Intuitive Art Workshop

We may not think of ourselves as an artist, but we are born creatives. The first creative inclination was our attraction to color and different shapes and scribbling became our first attempt to express our creativity. This workshop is a journey back to that time when we were open to experimenting and discovering. Using abstract scribbling and simple art materials, let us find what is hidden away within us in this journey of self-discovery.
