Soul Support is a monthly community led gathering of like-minded individuals who are looking for community and connection.
During Soul Support a member of the Elevated Arts community will choose a topic, theme, quote, or focus that they will present and open the circle for everyone to share and connect with. We will conclude with a meditation, ceremony, activity, or exercise to connect deeper to the topic.
Soul Support is NOT group therapy. We are not here to fix each other’s problems, but rather to listen from the heart, hold space with love and build sincere community.
