SUMMARY:Communing with the Elements: an Outdoor Experience
DESCRIPTION:Let’s reunite our community circle\, as we come back together for the first time in months for the purpose of healing!\nWe will be meeting at a sacred spot in nature that will be shared once you have registered for this workshop.\nFor the first part of the event\, you will be guided through a forest hike near water\, where you will be left to explore\, meditate\, journal\, and connect with the Spirits of the Trees\, Animal Totems\, and Elementals. This will be a wonderful opportunity to experience the beauty of nature.\nIn the second part of this event\, we will be walking the labyrinth as a group for the intention of healing ourselves\, and the planet. Upon reaching the center\, you will receive a blessing of the four elements by Jeremy.\nWe will conclude the event with a meditation and drum circle. Please bring a rattle\, drum\, or other sound healing instrument of your choice. Also\, water\, a journal\, writing utensil\, and any crystals\, incense\, or flowers that you feel called to bring.\nDress for the weather\, and wear shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.\nThis will be an amazing experience!
